An Employee-centered DE&I Strategy
VIPRE Security Group - Ziff Davis’ DEI strategy, programs and external partnerships are driven by our employees' input and participation. Our Diversity Council is a group of 20 employees who develop recommendations for the company across employee recruiting, mentorship and advancement. The Ziff Davis Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) provide opportunities for networking, education, personal growth and development, plus access to senior leadership.
