Pros
Depending on the company you are contracted to, this may vary, The biggest pro is getting to work alongside full time employees at these locations and getting amazing hands on training and experience, not only for your current role, but educational resources to prepare you for more advanced roles in the future if you want it. This company also offers holiday pay, and optional days off on a number of holidays.
Cons
The main negatives are that there is no paid vacation. There used to at least be sick time but that was taken away. Another thing is that while it should be something that is assumed, when working at these locations, you will not have the same benefits and opportunities that the full time associates have. Depending on the company, it might vary how this is communicated, but there will be a feeling of separation. It could be something minor like not having desks like the full time associates, or not having the same holidays off. Don't let that deter you though.
