What are perks and other benefits like at AMC Theatres?

Good benefits, free movies whole off the clock, discounted snacks and birthday parties.

Really nasty managers, I had a coworker have to get in between me and a male employee because we both feared there would be an altercation and my manager could mot have cared less, I was seventeen and in highschool.

Decent benefits, easy work, pretty great coworkers (for the most part)

Difficulty communicating with management to clear up potential confusion, rude customers at times, scheduling can be troublesome at times

Great as a first time job or to fill time between jobs. Pretty relaxed. Not any other perks besides free movies for you and a companion (must wait to get your ticket 2 hours before the showtime) and half off food. Expect to have to work at least some of the holidays at the end of the year––you will not get compensated extra for it at the "Crew Member" status. Raises seem to be a maximum of 25 cents. Scheduling is flexible. Management is mostly kind.

No extra pay on holidays, no PTO accrual, no benefits, minimum wage, some favoritism in management.

The benefits are great: 2-3 free movie tickets a day, free popcorn and drinks, and half off on concessions. The environment is relaxed and it’s a great first job.

The pay isn’t amazing, but it’s alright. The customers can also be a handful to deal with.
