Great work, great people, great company! Pay is very good and you get lots of incredible experience. They are very interested in hiring co-ops who do a good job.

A lot of work, but it is worth it. You learn how to do tough things and how to work with a lot of people. Everyone is very willing to help at any time.

Decent co-workers. Large factory. Decent pay.

Low hours. Dangerous work environment. Uncaring management.

The cons are what one makes it ..

It’s by far, is a great place to work. It’s hard at times, but, so is life. ACIPCO is what you make it. There’s always a perfect job for everyone here. If you willing to invest time to making a great product. And in return, in my experience this place charge forward with you. The Right way. I have nothing negative to say about any place that does so much for us and help put food in my family’s mouth.

Not really a con. But, would be nice to see us look more into what we pay for stuff. And question it. With this we could save a lot of money to help do more good things for the world around us in need.

Good pay for hourly employees.

Can be dirty and loud. That is to be expected from a manufacturing facility.

Work with a great team, and love what I do. Pay is excellent, and company is solid. Benefits are wonderful as well.

When you work in an older company where people get used to doing things a certain way, change is sometimes hard. Change can be slow here.
