What is the salary like at AQA?

Good pay, and good facilities available for workers

This job is great for a student as temporary jobs are typically May-august. Great work environment, decent pay and support.

Training is poor, salary is very low, low job security, low opportunities, poor communication of work schedule

Decent pay, relaxed outside of busy periods, some excellent colleagues

chaotic management, underdeveloped processes for getting things done, reliance on temp workers can cause a lot of stress and backlog

Once you’re an examiner, it’s simple and pay is better than other boards

Software choices are cheap and poor

The staff at lower levels are really nice to work with and treat you well.

The pay is awful compared to responsibility of role, with very little room to improve this. The senior management is disjointed, poorly lead and at times deluded.
