What is working from home like at AQA?

Supportive team, friendly colleagues, pay was okay, work from home

Micromanaged down to second but not 100% unreasonable

If you get a good Team Leader, you feel well supported. You can work from home when it suits you.

If you’re doing well, sometimes you don’t have any contact with your TL and it feels a bit isolating.

There are no cons for now

Lots of great stuff going on to move the organisation forward. Genuinely cares for its employees and committed to its mission. Two days in the office three at home is refreshing and a popular option. People are great with lots of talent and commitment. The work is interesting and you can make a difference.

Flexible working generally means part time so AQA needs some updating here, D&I is a focus but has had limited impact so AQA needs to catch up in this area. The Guildford office lacks desk space and it can be hard to get a desk.
