The serpentine looking building from above. This place has a bad vibe. The culture is may appear friendly but beware. What can appear to be a bright future can quickly turn into shade from being a part of this arena. As from upper management all the way down has a strong lack of leadership. Give someone a position of control in their department, and watch the metamorphosis in front of your eyes. Seems like most of the departments behave similarly with how they treat their workers. A lot of people in that building are not who they appear to be so don’t be fooled by anyone’s persona. Chances are it’s not intelligence that got them there. There’s a lot of not what you know but who you know in that building. All and all if you like politics this building is your perfect campaign.

Not salary competitive for the industry

The culture between the team was great. I loved my boss, and my bosses boss. I could tell that they cared about me on a personal level. I felt supported with every decision I made. I got to be involved with a side events not many people get to see.

10% of my job was really cool, but the other 90% was tedious and taxing. There's little to no work life balance. My personal schedule was 100% dependent on the event schedule. I felt over stretched and underappricated by upper management, and that was reflected in the pay.

Fun, each day was different, easy work, and saw some amazing shows.
