1. Work environment is full of politics. 2. Do not appraise hard working. 3. You will see favoritism in every team. 4. Appraisals are pathetic. 5. If you want promotion then just bribe your management, no experience or team handling expertise required. 6. Too much cost cutting in last few years. 7. No annual bonus.

Yearly diwali bonus in which u get basic salary.

Worst company to work with now a days after management changed.dont join at all. Employees are forced to work after their shifts if target is not completed if not worked then there is a loss of pay. U have to stretch on Saturday and Sundays to complete targets. monthly ratings are not given by team leaders it is given by managers those who had not interacted with us even once in a year.try with alternative medical billing company but don't join access health care even if they pay you high.else management will make ur life hell to achieve their targets and companys profit. Donot join this company managers will straight away yell at u in front of everyone.

I am working here for past three years. Appraisals were good. Also got promotion this year. Company is very aligned and automated and works on a particular structure which is good and disciplined.
