What are perks and other benefits like at Adecco Group?

The company has wonderful benefits and always provides more opportunity. Compensation is great for starting out.

Rude management Training is terrible Don't even think about asking for help to learn the systems.

• No formal structured training for specific roles • Poor or incredibly inexperienced management is tolerated here. • environment feels like that of a high school, where popularity and prior relationships trump actual results in their role when it comes to promoting people into a management role. • described as "we're like a family" culture here --which is fine if you consider toxic behaviors and Celebrated mediocrity when it comes to results a solid family culture... Then this is the place for you • no 401k matching if you are considered a "highly compensated employee" • change in leadership at the executive level each year for the last 3 years. Additionally, there's been at least 3 major "restructuring" of the entire US organization in the last 3 years. • in my personal experience, I've never had a formal annual or biannual performance review with my manager since I've been here (3+ years). • personal career growth and progression conversations are non-existent (no feedback good OR bad from management). By sharing these cons, I want to share with anyone potentially looking to join the company as these are things that I was not aware of prior to joining the company and was unpleasantly surprised by these widely accepted behaviors. Proceed with caution if you're thinking of joining the company internally!

There were no pros to working through Addeco/LHH. I wish I'd never heard from them.

My recruiter lied to me and others hired at the same time to get us to work for the company. We were hired as case managers through Adecco as a temporary agency. Our recruiter told us our probationary period would be over in 90 days and we would have full benefits, vacation days, sick days as soon as we were officially hired. Unfortunately, that was untrue and we were forced to work in a high-burnout job with no days off for a total of six months. But it gets worse; Adecco failed to release me from their system so that I am now unable to collect disability payments from my state as they see the wrong employer in their system. They won't correct the mistake. On the rare occasion they respond to my emails and calls, they apologize and then do nothing. I escalated to their legal department and still nothing. I'm elderly, sick, and have not been paid in 3 months. My rent is late and Adecco will not contact my state to correct their mistake that has caused this. I wish I'd never heard of this company, but at least I can warn others.

Benefits are good and job was remote

Favoritism, performance reviews are completely up to the manager opinions not really based on performance and numbers of cases resolved, not exceed but for other were when I had several investigations projects being handled on my own and 25% of all team cases, but considered was a team of 8 that % is like for 2 or 3 of what my team did on average

There are really no pros i can talk about. Bring a HR company also, there are no benefits to employees.

If you join Adecco, forget about work life balance. You even have to work on sat and sundays with no overtime pay. Management is not even concerned if you are working day and night. The more you take work ,the more they give. They don't care about the load each person in the team have. Some might have no work in the same team and some are burdened with loads. No proper management and top management is pathetic. Everyone here plays blame game
