Trainers are disrespectful and treat you like second citizens. The schedule was 3 days 12 hour shift and 2 rotating days that were 6 with rotating weekend.

Due to growth of adventhealth, there is a lot of opportunities to grow and learn new skills.

adventhealth is not competitive with pay. So you would be joining not for the most pay, but for the culture. Some people are ok with that and some people are not.
