Management—particularly new leadership—is highly unprofessional and sets a poor example for the team. There have been instances of inappropriate communication, including the use of foul language and behavior that does not reflect basic workplace standards. There is also a lack of accountability at both the store and district levels, with inconsistent communication and little alignment between expectations and reality. The work environment can feel cliquey and, at times, toxic, with unprofessional behavior among staff that is not addressed.
There is little to no opportunity for meaningful growth. Rather than developing and supporting strong performers, leadership often finds ways to criticize or undermine successful leaders, which discourages advancement and impacts morale.
