What are co-workers like at Albin, Randall & Bennett?

Collaborative, great PTO policy, paid parental leave, managers and partners that are knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve never felt nervous to ask someone a question. Great place to learn and grow. Training opportunities are great and offered throughout the year. Busy season hours are manageable which goes a long way in work/life balance. The firm feels like it is doing all of the things that people have been asking for in public accounting.
