Alliance Will Take Advantage of Your Work
Pros
Honestly, none that I can think of.
Cons
I started off in the company's call center @ HQ, and within a month, I was given the task to not only work as a call center rep, but to also perform marketing rep duties. I consistently used my own personal vehicle to drive to the events (sometimes over 30 miles from HQ), without any discussion about compensation for gas, mileage, or tolls. Even after discussing with HR down the line, I was never compensated properly. Being cross-trained in three different roles within 6 months, I later learned that I had been receiving far less than the average salary compared to my coworkers, who were not cross-trained. Alliance Orthopedics took advantage of my motivation, drive, and skillset. Upon quitting, HR had made, in my opinion, r*cially charged comments directed at me. In other words, diversity here is a joke. After said comments, I was hung up on. To sum it up, BEWARE. This company does not care about you, especially if you are a POC. Good luck and be safe.
