They’re all talk about transparency and appreciating everyone on the team all the time. But the favoritism is shoved in your face constantly. And everything is a secret until the change is put into place. Even if we lose a team member for being fired or they quit, no one is told that person is gone. And changes are constant! And everyone gets over 100 emails a day. The COO talks about how she wants everyone to move up and grow with the company, while the directors pick and choose their favorites to give the promotions to. Education, years of experience, knowledge, and time with the company means nothing. They don’t even open positions, or let anyone know the position is opening, to give people the opportunity to apply to them to move up. They just give them to their favorites.
