      - 70 % discount on clothes - Yoga - cool office - Great on a resume

      Cons

      - unliveable wage - they don't pay enough to afford the clothes even at a 70% discount. - awareness of how the company is a sham - clothes still made in china and selling them at a 10.5% mark up. - They can pay and treat employees however they want because it is a big brand - Forced to work in the office every day of the week, no exceptions - extremely intense work culture ; Mean girl culture with body shaming - No work life balance ; Eat lunch at your desk or get shamed - the company does not practice what they preach - mindfulness and wellness are just words to this company so people buy the clothes - Endless amount of work - The company cares more about the brand than their people - Fast paced and high expectations from uppers with no support from them - Always felt like you were about to get fired/ in trouble - only 7 days pto, 3 sick days - extremely high turn over with all positions except the uppers -

A lot to work on & no transparency

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      Co-workers, product, easy to sell

      Cons

The expectations of the company do not align with the reality & they gaslight you to think that they do. Wearing all black in stores is not elevated. It is incredible depressing not to be able to express yourself in a RETAIL job & it is NOT inspiring. Last I checked, we do not work at a restaurant. No one notices what you are wearing. It is not hard to spot an employee when we wear color, we are wearing walkies, standing behind the counter, and actually working. Respectfully, you’re an idiot if you can’t recognize that. Wearing all black, we are still asked “do you work here.” If you want us to “look” elevated, give us wardrobe limits at a higher dollar amount. Oh also if you could raise the dollar amount on wardrobe & our salaries every 3 months when you raise the prices of the entire assortment, that’d be great. Store managers are the only salary workers, and they work around the clock because of it. They have all the pressure because they are the only ones to have access to things that managers need access to on the daily - in order to serve customers. They do not have work life balance at all. And because the expectations vs. reality don’t match up, even as an hourly manager, I am STILL working off the clock. Because I don’t have the time on the clock. The return policy is the worst and really difficult to enforce as a manager when, daily, customers come in with quality issues of the “elevated” product. Not accommodating at all to the customer, and one by one, they will stop shopping with Alo and will shop at Vuori who has a better return policy & higher quality product.

Discount if you like the clothes, but after a while, they just start to feel like uniform, but they discounts 50% off

      Cons

I have been there for a while. There is no worklife balance at all, and most of the managers are really caddy.

      Pros

50% discount on all purchases, wardrobe pieces every quarter

      Cons

Terrible management, ethics, and work life balance. Was constantly over scheduled and expected to have full availability for a part time job. Constantly adding more responsibilities to the role while not increasing pay. Paid seasoned workers with experience significantly less than new hires with zero experience
