Pros
Outstanding support staff
Company had good intentions
Cons
I’ve been in veterinary medicine for decades, and I’ve seen my fair share of good leadership and bad. This company loves to preach “relationships,” but when a man at corporate died, nothing was said or done. Hospitals are scrutinized relentlessly, yet no findings are ever shared. Instead, blame gets assigned, the target shifts, and leadership calls it strategy. The C-Suite shakes hands and smacks backs, but they’re out of answers and ideas, and their egos prevent them from seeking input from experts already working under this very umbrella.
We’re on a bit of a “culture kick,” but it’s hollow. If you interrupt hospitals during busy times to beg staff to take part in distasteful stunts for the internet, that’s not culture. That’s theater. At this stage in my career, I know what real leadership looks like - and this ain't it. I guess I've reached my point.
Thank you.
