Strong benefits package, great products, smart colleagues

The culture is best described as ultra-competitive, gossipy, and toxic. Team members are constantly vying for advancement at the expense of others, resorting to deceit and backstabbing to climb the corporate ladder. Trust among colleagues is virtually nonexistent, as individuals are willing to throw others under the bus to save themselves from potential layoffs. Folks don’t perform best under these conditions and I see a lot of burn out on my team. Additionally, there is a serious underrepresentation of women and minorities within the organization. I have not seen or heard of any efforts to improve diversity and culture. I would caution anyone considering employment here to carefully evaluate whether they are willing to tolerate such a toxic and unhealthy work environment.

benefits package is great, best i've had but they try to win you over with that to accept your offer. depending on what team you're on, the people can be great.

the most cliquey corporate culture i have ever worked in in my 20 year career. upper management/leadership thinks they're too cool to talk to you, stuck in high school mindset. severe lack of communication and responsibility to keep employees happy. tons of turnover in the past two years. there can be growth opportunities but you have to really advocate for yourself.
