What is the salary like at Anduril?

Great pay for the most part, and the engineers are awesome.

When something is too good to be true, it’s too good to be true for a reason. I would not accept this job on contract unless you are unemployed, don’t consider it if you are employed. The company is growing and having leadership level changes in the TA realm and boy you can tell. Your job is NOT safe on contract and is not a guarantee to go even 6 months. Everyone is extremely lax and chill on the interviews and the pay is great isn’t it?? Well that’s alll a facade, no matter if you’re doing well or not.

The company and it's HR are extremely toxic. They are always looking for easy ways to cull the heard. They are not willing to investigate things before taking action and WILL not listen to reason.

I enjoy the work environment and the mission of the company and the pay is very competitive with great benefits.
