I haven’t encountered any significant challenges or drawbacks so far. I'm satisfied with the current setup

The benefits of working at Anthology include working in a remote environment, good PTO, and great team + people in organization who are always willing to help.

The cons include a lot of new change due to new leadership, pay might be low compared to other industries/companies, and lot of self-teaching on issues and how to resolve.

Great people, really kind, smart and helpful. Good pay, decent benefits, good travel opportunities.

No initial training, terrible management and leadership. No communication from the top down, no communication among teams, people coming and going constantly, layoffs, etc.

The organization does not offer benefits, and the salary is significantly lower than market standards.

It is a global company and the product has quality. The work/life balance is good. They offer benefits and remote work.

Recently, there have been layoffs, and they've been restructuring products. The biggest drawback is that merit increases are low and fall far short of expectations.

My manager is great, the work is great, the benefits where I live are good as well. Could be better, but we're happy. Excellent work/life balance, they really value the people first Rewarding work, feel like we are making a difference.

For now, not a lot of growth opportunities but it is being addressed. Salaries need to keep up with inflation.
