What is the company culture at Apify?

No VC nonsense, a good product that can support itself, amazing office, great culture (every tech start-up claims to have great culture but I consider Apify really standing out).

It's still just work :) The product is a bit rough on the edges.

The culture and atmosphere at Apify are unlike anywhere else I've worked at or heard of. The people, including senior management, are super friendly and willing to discuss pretty much anything. Also, the working arrangements are very flexible, and there is very little bureaucracy.

Cannot really think of any relevant downsides.

- Transparent & approachable leadership with a strong vision and well defined strategy - Easygoing culture with great people who love their work but can also chill out - International and diverse environment with all spoken & written communication in English - High degree of autonomy which is ideal for self starters who take ownership and don't wait for someone to tell them what to do - Frequent travel to major tech hubs for events & conferences and opportunities for networking with other professionals in the scene - Flexible working arrangement: you can switch between on-site/remote/hybrid depending on your needs - Very collaborative and vibrant atmosphere that fosters mutual trust between people, ZERO office "politics" and other corporate BS - You're surrounded by other pros who are on top of their game which keeps you on your toes

There's a LOT to do: it's exciting but you have to be careful to not get lost inside all of it and manage your time well. Honestly not a lot of downsides and nothing major, this is hands down the best company I ever worked at with amazing culture that's actively being nurtured despite the rapidly growing headcount.

Really the best, most transparent company with a great culture, great product and great people where values aren't just a piece of paper but something that runs deep in the company DNA.

The office is getting a bit crowded now that we have hired a lot of new people. But well this is a good problem to have 😂

Great professional friendly people, a fast startup environment, a lot of opportunities to join interesting events.

The internal processes are still a work in progress, your salary is based on your team leader, not on your actual skills and responsibilities, there is not always transparent communication from the company side.

What I appreciate most about Apify is the company culture and overall atmosphere. People are open, helpful, and easy to work with. The company offers plenty of room for growth and opportunities to get involved in different projects, which makes my work feel meaningful. It’s an environment where you can develop professionally while still enjoying a friendly and comfortable workplace.

Apify offers a fantastic work environment with friendly, helpful colleagues and a strong collaborative spirit. The beautiful, centrally-located office and great benefits (even for contractors) are major perks. Despite having startup energy, the company is exceptionally well-organized with clear communication channels. The thorough onboarding process helps you hit the ground running. Oh, and did I mention the snacks? Overall, Apify provides an excellent balance of excitement and structure.

While the highly technical product and platform can present a steep learning curve, the team does well at breaking down complex concepts, so you can understand everything piece by piece.

The soft skills could be trained more. I can't think of any 'real' cons.

I love almost everything about Apify. Highly dynamic and fast developing company atmosphere suits me well. Our company culture is unique. Transparency and candid feedback are our core values and those strongly shape our internal environment. Apify treats all staff with respect and provides great benefits. I feel highly valued and rewarded for all my work.

Just that I am not living in Prague and cannot see my colleagues more often but that's my fault, not Apify's.
