- company had serious budget constraints during 2023, they fired a half of the people. - lately, by the end of 2023, work environment was unhealthy they seemed to look for any reason to justify a firing. (be clear I was not fired, I luckily got another job before anything else) - they can improve a lot in the initial project planning and funding to generate clear and achievable expectations.
