Strong culture and benefits, but poor leadership and politics

      Anonymous employee
      Former employee
      Noida

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Company culture is very good (not team) and apart from that a lot of benefits you will get here. Decent salary and other health benefits.

      Cons

✅Poor leadership or communication ✅ Bad Office Politics ✅ Lack of appreciation and recognition ✅ An environment where employees no longer feel valued ✅ Very low or no increment since last 2-3 years Retention is not just about compensation. It’s about leadership, growth, and how people are treated every day. Organizations that genuinely value their employees build teams that choose to stay.

Never will be offered a FT position

      Pros

They have great onsite benefits that all employees including contractors can benefit from including onsite starbucks and company provided lunches weekly.

      Cons

As a contractor you will never be offered a permanent position unless you are related to someone within the company. I was employed with them for nearly 3 years and showed growth however was never offered a permanent position although someone hired over a year after me did get offered a position because his Mom was a manager. Work performance does not matter ultimately.

      It’s really bleak

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Great place for experience and the benefits are pretty good. A lot of the teams inside of departments are really nice

      Cons

Management doesn’t communicate expectations at all. Constantly fluctuating policy to save the behinds of upper management when they pull a blunder so that lower level employees can provide the answers to the problem as well as taking the fall for the issue. While company tries to promote care for the individual employee, it will work you to the bones under the promise of a return on investment. If you know someone you can advance otherwise do everything you can to stay under the bosses radar (they like to yell) and you will be fine.

      Not efficient

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Nice people, good benefits, lots of free food

      Cons

You have to teach yourself everything. They expect you to do multiple people jobs at once but won't pay you more. Would rather higher people who know nothing about the company or the work they do than promote people who have worked there for years.

      Cons

Favouritism, most people in the team are managers relatives or known to them so they only get an edge

An average place to work with unique problems to solve

      Software engineer
      Former employee
      Austin, TX
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Good work-life balance Usually good teammates Benefits are fine Unique projects that you won’t get anywhere else due to this specific business

      Cons

Management is highly political, mostly unqualified, full of nepotism, and lacks vision. Their decisions seem backwards and illogical most times and are reactive rather than proactive. The software engineering side is very frustrating because there is so much process that hinders productivity and foregoes common sense, and puts politics first. We waste a lot of our time in meetings that don’t provide any value, like standup updates, and we don’t have nearly enough engineers and even other roles that you’d expect like project managers involved in our projects, for the types of projects we do. Our C team has all left to work for the competition instead the past year, and left us with their messy decisions, like a reorg that shuffled the teams around and turned us into a horizontal org. You will run into a lot of analysis paralysis here from engineers with little experience in the problem they’re blocking when it comes to trying to solve problems involving multiple people or teams. Tons of indecision, lack of ownership, anecdotal dismissal of ideas, and people that will tell you everything is impossible to solve. This org needlessly hinders innovation and is full of politics.
