Pros
Strictly no good points at Ariston Group! Numbers look good but you don’t get any benefits from it!
Cons
I strongly advise anyone considering working at Ariston Group to run in the opposite direction. This company falls short in every aspect of being a decent place of employment: 1. Incompetent HR Team in HQ: From onboarding to offboarding, the HR processes at Ariston are a mess. Performance management is non-existent (filling forms only), talent management is lacking, and the salary review process is a complete joke. Only a select few individuals are deemed eligible for minuscule raises. 2.Toxic HR Leadership: The top HR person is not just incompetent but also incredibly aggressive. There is no strategic agenda in place; instead, the focus is on office politics. Without proper HR strategies, the company is destined to fail. 3. Bullying and Harassment: Management at Ariston is guilty of bullying and harassing employees, relishing in publicly humiliating others. Shockingly, HR turns a blind eye to such behavior, contributing to a toxic work environment. 4. Hostile Environment for Women: Women at Ariston face an uphill battle, with some being denied raises or, worse, facing termination without cause. 5. Neglecting Employee Development: Unless you catch the eye of top management, don't expect any investments in your professional development. Opportunities for growth are scarce unless you're in their inner circle. 6. Obsessive Cost Cutting: The company's relentless focus on cost-cutting has led to a severe lack of investment in its people. Every chance to save money is seized upon, further deteriorating the work environment. In conclusion, the Ariston Group is a sinking ship marred by a toxic culture, incompetent leadership, and a complete disregard for its employees' well-being. Steer clear of this company at all costs!
