The burners division management have heavy narcissistic tendencies, everybody from the industry knows that either you agree with them either they likely to fire you with no reasons. Weak head of sales with strong narcissistic micromanagement tendency, no performance review, no structured meetings to align on business, feudalistic company management with one people deciding everything and you cannot have your own idea. HR is there only to hire and fire. In 2024 They have fired multiple senior people after an onboarding of just few months, basically ruining their careers. Worst company to work for.
