The staff are generally kind and authentic people who work very hard.
Cons
Senior leadership is toxic and make decisions out of fear and self-preservation. They promise change and transparency but it’s all lies. They treat staff like pawns rather than human beings. You’re only worth what you can do for them, and there’s very little care or compassion to go around. Also, they give themselves big bonuses while paying unlivable wages to most of the staff. The institution is now in big financial trouble due to years of mismanagement.
