Most people there are with lower abilities than other good companies and not supportive but always thinking about passing the buck so get things done is harder than normal; No proper promotion cycle, no salary increment, little welfare benefits, little bonus; Poor management and the projects are changing every day(like you work hard on a proj but they decide to pause and do another one, and that's true for more than 80% of your work); Heavy office politics, people are leaving and leaders do not care about your situations just telling you that you are under expectations. Never choose this company.
