The company does not care about RBT's or clients. Their only priority is billing. They are unethical and pressure you into unethical situations. When you call them out on their unethical expectations, they quietly let you go. Stay away from this company.

My coworkers ROCK!!! And working remote is pretty nice.

Was told no lay offs just a “structure change” and now people are being laid off!!!! They are not transparent AT ALL. Full time positions are now part time. Many benefits were swiped. Upper management is not truthful about what is going on! If you need a STABLE job, stay far away from attain!

Attain is very supportive of maintaining a manageable work/life balance. They promote a positive work culture and provide frequent opportunities for career advancement.
