No career progression or development, poor line managers, mainly there because are friends or part of the family, no diversity and inclusion commitment.
Good line managers, good working environment, Good people
Cons
Started to feel less entrepreneurial and more corporate. There’s a little deviation from the announced core values. Limited to none growth opportunities.
Job is not too hard, line managers are good. Good hybrid system.
Cons
C-suite loves to say “we’re family here” if you know what I mean, they always have money to sponsor CEO’s son’s racing career, but not enough for employees raises to overcome inflation.
Incredibly unprofessional management team with big egos. Culture of fear. Micromanaging. Managers bully staff and withold information. Don't care about the people at all.
Remote working is the highlight, management are generally fair and approachable. Decent benefits.
Cons
Staff are in cliques, no diversity in workplace, very little social aspect in the job. Few opportunities for progression and blatant favouritism. Systems are awkward to use.

Absolutely zero guidance and appropriate training in place
An undeniably clicky culture
Redundancies are very common
Minimal managerial and HR support whether it’s for professional or personal issues
Overall an experience which I wouldn’t wish to endure again but I wish all the very best to the genuine employees of Aventum
