      Pros

Global Exposure: BJIT works with multinational clients, offering employees the chance to collaborate with global teams and gain international experience in various projects. Diverse Clientele: The company has a wide range of clients in sectors like finance, telecom, and healthcare, providing diverse learning opportunities and exposure to different industries. Training and Development: BJIT emphasizes the continuous development of its employees, offering training programs and certifications that enhance skills in various domains, especially in software development and IT services. Flexible Work Environment: Many employees report a flexible work culture, allowing for a balance between work and personal life, which can improve productivity and job satisfaction. Career Growth: With a wide array of projects and internal growth opportunities, BJIT offers paths for career advancement, including leadership roles and specialized technical positions.

      Cons

Workload Intensity: Like many IT service companies, employees at BJIT may experience high workloads, especially when dealing with tight project deadlines or demanding clients. Limited Innovation: Working as an outsourced service provider may limit opportunities for innovation or creative problem-solving, as tasks are often predefined by client specifications. Salary Competitiveness: Some employees feel that compensation packages may not always match industry standards, particularly for experienced professionals or specialized skill sets. Communication Barriers: Given its multinational operations, there can be challenges related to communication and coordination between global teams, which may lead to inefficiencies or misunderstandings. Long Hours: Employees might occasionally face extended working hours due to client requirements or time zone differences, which can lead to work-life imbalance during peak project periods.

Once a promising company, now falling apart due to poor decisions and lack of employee care.

      Pros

      - Opportunity to work with reputed clients. - Opportunity to work with knowledgeable and experienced IT professionals. - Leave encashment, medical benefits, and profit sharing (kind of). - Timely salary. - Regular yearly evaluation.

      Cons

      - Several key employee benefits (such as free food, Provident Fund, and service benefits) have been gradually discontinued over time. - The Provident Fund has been replaced by the Universal Pension Scheme, introduced without sufficient employee consultation or clarity. - Food quality concerns raised by employees were met with the discontinuation of free meals, rather than improvement efforts. - Year-end salary increments are not satisfactory, making it difficult to keep pace with industry standards and inflation. - The current salary structure appears to be outdated, with little revision in the last decade, which may affect employee motivation and retention. - Some management decisions seem to lack strategic depth, potentially contributing to employee dissatisfaction and missed growth opportunities. - Constructive feedback from employees has not been encouraged (they encouraged it, but the reality is different), and at times, raising concerns has led to negative consequences — creating a culture where open communication feels discouraged.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - Salaries are always paid on time, - The work-life balance here allows you to focus on your career without sacrificing personal time. - You’ll have access to great technical resources. - Many engineers have been with BJIT for over a decade. - You get to work with people from different countries, Mostly Japanese. - There are plenty of opportunities for learning and career growth, from training programs to certifications. - It is a well established company, offering stability and long-term career opportunities. - Employees receive 3 festival bonuses, making celebrations even more special. - Company provides a Universal Pension Scheme, h - Food is subsidized and well prepared.

      Cons

      - Most negative reviews come from former employees who were either fired or forced to resign, so most of the reviews are biased. - The company does let go of employees if needed, usually giving a two-month notice period before termination. - Common reasons for termination are; poor attendance, inappropriate behavior, or if the company is facing a project crisis. And project crisis happens a lot. - Some long-time employees become too comfortable, assuming they won’t be fired, so they avoid taking on new responsibilities or challenges. - Not all projects have the same workload, so while some teams have a smooth workflow, others might experience higher pressure depending on the project. - Job security depends on performance and company needs, which can sometimes create stress among employees.
