      Pros

Good salary good hr and benefits

      Cons

Strictly maintain their rules and regulations

      Employee Satisfaction: Negative

      Software engineer
      Current employee

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Pros - Punctual salary disbursements - Job security and stability - Opportunities to collaborate with international clients - Implementation of WPPF (Profit sharing among employees, once a year)

      Cons

      - The current salary range is the lowest in the Bangladesh market. - Initially committed to providing food facilities (Breakfast, Lunch), the benefit continued for a few months. However, it was abruptly closed, with the explanation that it was being replaced by Gratuity. - Despite a commitment to offer Provident Fund, encompassing 3.5% of the employee's salary and an equal contribution from the company, unfortunately, these PF benefits were suddenly terminated. - There was a commitment to initiate the Gratuity facility from January 1, 2024, one year earlier than planned. However, this commitment has now been unexpectedly closed. - Operational processes seem overly biased, with an excess of layers. - There are concerns about micromanagement within the organization. - The decision-making process appears centralized, with higher management exclusively determining outcomes, without any consideration for employee input. - Nepotism.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Job Security Career growth opportunities for new graduates

      Cons

Very low pay scale than current market No Provident Fund (PF is forcefully replaced by UPS) No food ( breakfast, lunch, or snack) facilities; only tea/coffee Not employee-friendly Very toxic management Management is not willing to hear and respect employees feedback

Good company if are looking for work life balance

      Senior software engineer
      Current employee
      Dhaka
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - Salary is given one time (30th day of every month). No delay. - Good work like balance. You will feel less pressure here. - If you're skilled enough, you'll get the chance to work with global giants. - Maintains good corporate culture. - Follows proper development methodologies. - No politics.

      Cons

      - Salary scale is little below compared to other big tech companies in Bangladesh. - Senior engineers aren't that good here. Most of the capable senior engineers leave the company after some time. The company is then left with engineers that aren't capable enough. - Some sort of nepotism is visible here.

      1

Once a promising company, now falling apart due to poor decisions and lack of employee care.

      Senior software engineer
      Former employee

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      - Opportunity to work with reputed clients. - Opportunity to work with knowledgeable and experienced IT professionals. - Leave encashment, medical benefits, and profit sharing (kind of). - Timely salary. - Regular yearly evaluation.

      Cons

      - Several key employee benefits (such as free food, Provident Fund, and service benefits) have been gradually discontinued over time. - The Provident Fund has been replaced by the Universal Pension Scheme, introduced without sufficient employee consultation or clarity. - Food quality concerns raised by employees were met with the discontinuation of free meals, rather than improvement efforts. - Year-end salary increments are not satisfactory, making it difficult to keep pace with industry standards and inflation. - The current salary structure appears to be outdated, with little revision in the last decade, which may affect employee motivation and retention. - Some management decisions seem to lack strategic depth, potentially contributing to employee dissatisfaction and missed growth opportunities. - Constructive feedback from employees has not been encouraged (they encouraged it, but the reality is different), and at times, raising concerns has led to negative consequences — creating a culture where open communication feels discouraged.
