What is working from home like at BJIT?

      BJIT reviews

BJIT do not have employees. They have slaves.

      Pros

If you think you cannot get a job anywhere and you do not have enough confidence in your capabilities then this is the place to work.

      Cons

If I sit to write about cons then probably I cannot finish before my time runs out. However let's start one by one.... 1. They have their so called Head office in a place name Pachkhula. It is about 4.5km far from Vatara police station. They provide bus service but the condition of the buses are very poor. The AC vaults are broken and dust coming off from the behind. If you have allergy then you can die also. But the interesting fact is employees complaint about this and the so called admin/authority didn't even listen to you. And also the mosquitoes.... 2. If you think that this is it? My journey to the office is done? Then you will have surprises ahead... The bus drop you at the main road of pachkhula. Then you need to walk through a very special road. Currently the construction of the road is ongoing. Even a dog cannot walk through this road but the BJIT authority forced their employees (slaves) to come to the office at sharp 8:30. If you are even 1 sec late then you are late. Special mention: This road is even worsen than this before. And in rain? Ah! Forget it.. 3. There is nothing around 4-5 km radius within the office to have some hygienic snacks. They do not provide any kind of snacks. So surely you will have gastric problem. 4. The CEO is a dictator. He can do whatever he wants. Ones he said "I am not allowing work from home anymore even if all the employees got affected by COVID-19." Imagine you have complained about something and the supervisor/manager told you that the CEO sir said that if anyone have any problem then they can resign. This is the actual face of BJIT. They treat you like this. 5. This is the most important point. Currently they are going to introduce another disaster named "Universal pension scheme". They have already shut down the gratuity, provident fund, free lunch facility, breakfast, snacks, unhealthy bus service, extreme office location and all of a sudden they introduce a fraud scheme in the name of employee benefits! I think this is the most sinful, painful, unethical and shameless fraud this world has ever witness. They forced the employees to take this fraud scheme. There is no choice. So every month from our salary they will now FORCEFULLY take a fix amount of money. If you want know about this scheme you can search it in google. There are lots of things going on in BJIT. Most of the higher rank employees like manager/superviso/section heads etc are the main culprits here. They know they are not enough capable and skillful to go somewhere else. As a result, they always agree to the mischieves and frauds of the authority. They actually not even got affected by these. It is us who always suffer. Most of the managers are not even worthy to be a human. They treat like as you are their slave.
