      Pros

Two decades ago, at the commencement of my career, the working environment was characterized by a strong sense of camaraderie and support. The company provided generous pension plans and comprehensive benefits, fostering a positive and stable atmosphere.

      Cons

Over the past decade, there has been a persistent decline in the work environment, marked by annual exacerbation. Workforce reductions and heightened stress levels have become commonplace, resulting in significantly diminished morale. Moreover, remote work opportunities are being curtailed, with new job postings specifying office-based roles that offer subpar benefits and below-average compensation.

      Pros

Work life balance is pretty good overall with the benefits that are provided. Recognizable name.

      Cons

Support is not provided when needed in order to win. When your team is understaffed, and all are putting in extended hours after work and weekends. Yet in still you are too blame for the unit not succeeding. Sad. You want to win as an individual, a team, organization and shareholder. Management is also slow to promote the hard work and effort put in. Compensation has been on a downward spiral, so be happy to get a check. However, that is just one of the motivating factors to move on.
