Unrealistic expectations and job arrangements. Not standardised working papers. CNY allowed additional 1 day leave only. Run! Every week there are people submitting resignation letters.

The leadership can be good or bad, depending on the department you work in.

Benefits are above par, although the pay isn't great. The people there are generally good. Not overly competitive like larger firms.

I was with the company for over 6 years. The culture declined rapidly after former CEO's departure and then another steep decline after PE deal. Leadership is horrible about transparency and the people at the top forget how to talk to you like a human. They're like robots that regurgitate firm messaging. Not a lot of development opportunities for people outside of upper management. Company does an awful job at change management.

Solid career experience for transitioning to other roles

Private equity ownership cut most small benefits and perks. WLB is terrible, pressure from managers to underbook hours so jobs look good. Partners are unhelpful and have poor attitudes that do not foster a good environment. Allergic to increasing employee pay.
