Unable to enter or see hours worked. Missing hours from pay regularly. No real Human resource for contracted employees

Work life balance, extra days off, pay is great, and great opportunity to learn from professionals.

There is not an office in every state.

Compared to big 4, you don't work as late hours. You still work a lot during busy season but it's not the worst

No crazy cons as it is a public accounting firm. Busy season will always require long hours
