You learn a huge amount in a very short space of time, given the responsiblity you have on projects. I learned a huge amount in the 14 months i was here, unfortunately i had to leave due to personal circumstances. You work 1 to 1 with the company Director who is very experienced. In-house IStructE training course for exam preparation is great. In-house training sketching course given by the Director - again learned alot from this.

You have to get use to inputting time sheets, as other companies i have worked with, do not have timesheets. But once use to it, it was fine.
