What is the salary like at Bell Bank?

Great pay, good benefits at 3/4th time

Essentially retail on a set schedule. Be prepared to work weekends

You hear so much about Bell being a great place to work, but it's....very much not. Leadership is stuck in their way of doing things from a decade ago; they don't listen to employees; they don't hold poor performing employees accountable; it's impossible for anything to change; health insurance is expensive

Good culture, management, office locations.

Lower pay compared to others. Some advancement, dependent on department.
