How are senior leaders perceived at Bell Bank?

Awesome company with a great culture, plus a leadership team that’s both trusting and transparent—from sales leaders to the executive level. I really enjoy working alongside my fellow loan officers, and the people in the mortgage operations departments (processors, underwriters, closers, etc.) are top-notch. It’s also a big plus that the company is privately owned, which gives a lot of us in the mortgage department peace of mind about job security. And the health benefits? Also excellent.
