- Unclear expectations surrounding roles and responsibilities on any project or deliverable that is cross-functional with partner Entain - Immature Project Management structure, Top-down resistance to "Tailoring" with PM identity not being well understood by leadership -Cross-department collaboration is often strained, which impacts delivery timelines and operational efficiency - Work/Life balance can be a bit more difficult at BetMGM in-spite of the flexible working arrangements. This is less of a con and more so a need of the business. Don't expect consistent 9-5 hours
