High growth secure company. Products are very popular. Free shoes and discount on products. Remote work is offered. Salary seems low in some departments and satisfactory and /or high in others. Tremendous amount of promotions are given in certain departments as opposed to others. Some Leadership is supportive and some not. Will be updating ERP system soon. Many options to pick from for benefits.
Cons
Some departments obviously need more staff and promotions are scarce in those departments. Yearly increases that are given are low as well even though company has had highest sales year ever. Some Managers should not be in Leadership positions. They have a survey for the employees to voice their concerns and are slow to remedy some of the issues. Performance review process is stale. Some training processes need to be improved upon. Archaic systems and manual processes. Some people are clicky and some petty gossip.
