Pros
Compensation aside, the culture is fine if you like hands-off management. I often went months without even speaking to my company manager and years without a performance review. Benefits are good, but the employees have to raise a ruckus every couple years to keep them that way: the company tries to cut them every-so-often when they think no one is paying attention.
If working, getting a paycheck, and going home is your thing, it's not a bad place.
Cons
Pay is significantly (~15-20%) below what other companies are offering for the same position/LCAT. If you've been with the company a few years, you can huff and threaten to leave and they'll probably give you a raise. Otherwise, expect nothing.
