      Pros

      Cons

Poor working expectations and constant threats. Terrible working system. Working your breaks culture due to the amount of work planned and expected of you. Soulless and numbers is all that matters to the management. Expected to plan, pick, reload unworkable loads with awful cages and constant damages, management have such a poor way of working and they have favourites who never get a bad day and get looked after. Work employees hard and push them to the limit and pay ends up being way lower and when your doing constant long days. The place is an absolute farce and a circus with all the clowns in positions of power and the lazy ones kissing the way in to a seat in the office, peddling the same crap that's gone before, threats and threats and thinking that's management.
