What are perks and other benefits like at Burn Boot Camp?

Membership was included with employment

No benefits, expected to be bought into the culture 110% and if not, you are a terrible employee. Expected to answer texts/calls from management ASAP even if it's your day off. I was expected to be busy 24/7 while at work even if I finished all my tasks for the day. Understanding people's financial hardships was a negative because selling their soul for membership was more important than them not being able to afford it. Management at this location was emotionally abusive and I'm still recovering to this day several years later.

I honestly have nothing good to say about this company

- no benefits - underpaid - no help available when the kids get violent - i have been physically injured and told “too bad” (yes that is a direct quote for my employer) - I was in a serious car crash and am still healing from my injuries yet management refused to comply with my doctors note for saying I need to be home for a few weeks (i missed 2 days of work and was pressured into going back early) - toxic environment - extremely unprofessional setting - doing the work of the front desk people regardless of any injuries or incidents from the children - irregular pay (i have to wait 1-2 months to get paid for a bi-weekly pay schedule)

No raise, no benefits (other than free membership)
