      Pros

Free meal, 30 minute break, friendly coworkers

      Business Outlook

      Pros

-if you work hard the managers are wonderful people -i felt like my coworkers were my family, still love them -paid break -employee meal -felt my hard work was appreciated -had some very kind regular customers -good pay for the work you do as a part time high school student -good management -they still give me discounts when i come in for food even though its been almost 3 years since i quit -good opportunities to become a manager -some benefits even for part time

      Cons

-customers tend to be rude or argumentative (non-regulars) -the volume of online orders was too much stress, which is why i quit -store gets busier than it can handle and bites off more than it can chew (this is why the customers have short fuses) -closing often took longer than expected -sunday was the bane of my existence -no take-out only policy 15 mins before close, meaning people can sit down 1 minute before close -stressful environment (but it can be managed) -sometimes there is drama, i recommend staying out of it if you want to keep the job
