      Pros

      - Strong company culture that genuinely values collaboration, kindness, and employee wellbeing. - Opportunity to work with highly talented and passionate people across different functions and regions. - Flexible work arrangements and good work-life balance compared to many companies in the industry. - Leadership encourages innovation and gives employees opportunities to contribute beyond their core role. - Competitive benefits, learning opportunities, and a mission that employees can be proud of. - Inclusive environment where different perspectives are welcomed and respected.

      Treats you like a human

      Senior software engineer
      Former employee
      Wellington, Wellington
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

At every point in my short tenure there, I was treated like a human with a life that sometimes gets messy and requires an alternative working schedule, last minute days off, or medical treatment. Even in the end, with needing to escape a toxic home life, they helped me get home safely and not have to worry about my job, treating my like my own safety was more important. The culture is unmatched from my past experience. Everyone is friendly, lots of opportunities to make friends and form good working relationships. Pays great for the region.

      Cons

6 month probationary period was not disclosed to me until after I had joined the company. Probably just an oversight, but was a source of stress.

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Permanent work from home but will provide travel allowance if you need to go to the office to attend office related events & celebrations

      Cons

Management only seems to favor their favorites. Feels a lot like they hate to promote someone unless it’s someone they’re very close with.
