What is working from home like at CarePoint Health System?

The company was close to home so there was no commute time.

They hire higher up with big salaries, but none of them knew what was going on. We would go years without a raise and when we did get them, they would be for $0.25.

Close to home, a few good co-workers.

Management is horrible!! You encounter bullying from management and talking down to employees. Other employees think it ok to bully fellow co-workers because higher ups do it all the time.
