At my site they have very poor leadership, co-workers who treat me like I am inferior and incompetent and supervisor does nothing to address the behavior as it continues to happen

There was a climate of "do as I say, not as I do" in my department.

My co workers are usually very chill to work with and everyone is there for the patient's. The pay is pretty good for the area. The benefits are on the better end of okay.
