Pros
-They observe all federal/jewish/muslim/christian/other holidays. -Decent pay, not great but not startup level -Easy to get on/exit projects without too much time. Phases are well planned. -Good with references up to 3 years.
Cons
-Horrible parking -VP is always sick/absent. Hard to get a straight line on where projects are going -Haphazard contracts, can be a 6-month contract extended to 2 years randomly, can be a 1-year contract that ends after 3 weeks -Little bit of a startup "hustle" culture -No benefits -VP can go on tangents if you don't stop him
