Good food and benefits for wat it is

Fast food is not enjoyable. Not specific to Rallys

There are no pros in my opinion besides getting paid and even then, the pay is not good.

- Bare minimum payment - Will overwork young employees -Will send you home early, not allowing you to complete your hours -State they are flexible with your schedule but that's not the case, they are flexible when it's convenient to them -Benefits are horrible

Terrible, micromanaging, and belittling management Unsafe working conditions (injury from walk-up window) No bathroom breaks allowed even when staffed or slow Low pay ($12/hour) with no benefits Toxic coworker environment with favoritism No support for emergencies or personal needs Hostile atmosphere and poor communication

Great learning experience for newly grads.
