Most managers are in managerial positions because of need within the department not skill or experience .
Multiple active shooter alarms that seem real but are not. It’s not a drill just negligent actions from officers within city hall. Management will expect to go back to work like nothing happened.
New technology is largely untested, and without SOP’s. Management is severely undertrained and inexperienced in their new Oracle ERP system.
