      Great place to work

      Head of operations
      Current employee
      Los Angeles, CA
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

The company offers opportunities and recognizes its top performers. If you're interested and willing to work, there's always room for growth.

      Cons

5 days a week in the office, could offer more employee benefits.

Basic tech startup, great for those looking to break into the industry

      Sales development representative (sdr)
      Former employee
      Phoenix, AZ
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Fair pay, company culture, and benefits.

      Cons

Work-life balance, organizational restructuring, delayed communications.

      Best place for growth

      Operation manager
      Current employee
      Singapore
      Recommend
      CEO approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Strong Financial Backing The company is financially solid, which allows for flexibility and confidence when exploring new projects or expanding into new business areas. Fast-Paced, Startup-Like Environment The company culture embraces change and agility. This creates a dynamic work environment where you can gain a wide range of experiences and grow quickly, both professionally and personally. Amazing Colleagues This is, in my opinion, the biggest advantage of working here. The people you work with are genuinely kind, supportive, and collaborative. It makes a huge difference in daily work life and motivation.

      Cons

Lack of Employee Benefits Unfortunately, there aren’t many perks or welfare benefits provided by the company, which may be disappointing for some employees. Poor Localization in a Global Structure As a global company, local context is sometimes overlooked. This can result in inefficient or meaningless tasks that don’t align well with the local market or team's actual needs. No Clear Career Path Guidance There’s no structured support or roadmap for career development. This can be seen as a drawback, especially for those who prefer clear progression. However, for self-driven individuals, this might be a plus — your growth and rewards are directly tied to your own efforts. Without initiative, though, salary negotiations or bonuses can be hard to come by.

      Poor salary compensation

      Business Outlook

      Pros

      Good work environment, nice office.

      Cons

The position offers low overall remuneration within the Finance department in Bogotá. The organization is very disorganized, and there are no events or initiatives for employees. The company invests heavily in locations other than Bogotá, despite it being the largest site. Our salaries are not competitive. Additionally, the HR department is poorly organized, often providing inaccurate information regarding our benefits, and even reaching out to former employees. This gives the impression of a lack of professionalism.

Initially lots of fun but recently toxic and headcount cuts everywhere

      Business Outlook

      Pros

Still lots of passionate smart people to work with

      Cons

Recently very much feels like cost cutting exercise - reducing headcount where possible and limited financial benefits for anyone staying

      1

Hustle culture identity without normal salary or benefit increases to back it up

      Business Outlook

      Pros

People are mostly great to work with, and good place to build experience and learn new skills.

      Cons

Strict 5 days RTO mandate, makes "hustling" a company culture, no retirement match, below average medical insurance. No annual cost of living increases. Company has mostly young employees, which isn't a bad thing but allows company to offer unsatisfactory benefits. Turnover is crazy high, initiatives are started over and over again with many inefficiencies occurring due to turnover.
